Warner Estate Holdings PLC announces today that it has exchanged contracts for the sale of The Royals Shopping Centre, Southend to Orchard Street Investment Management for £30,713,155.
The sale is due to complete on 27 March 2009. The proceeds of the sale will be utilised to reduce the Group debt.
