Warner Estate Holdings Plc (“Warner Estate”) has reached an agreement with Waitrose for them to become the food store anchor for its proposed Waterside Shopping scheme in Aylesbury.

Waitrose has exchanged contracts with Warner Estate Holdings Plc (“Warner Estate”) to open a 34,218 sq ft unit in Weston-super-Mare, subject to planning approval by North Somerset Council.
