Agora Max, which is a Jersey Property Unit Trust, was created in October 2005 with the aim of producing consistent high investment returns from the ownership and active management of a portfolio of sub-regional shopping centres across the UK.

The Fund acquired the Pallasades Shopping Centre in Birminham in October 2005. The Grange and Pyramids shopping centres in Birkenhead were transferred from the Agora Shopping Centre Fund into the Agora Max Shopping Centre Fund in March 2006.
